Product Description:
Architectural sheet metal consisting of a hot-dipped
galvanized steel which is primed & coated with a premium,
full-strength Kynar 500 or Hylar 5000 resin-based coating
system.
Basic Uses:
For the typical use of sheet metal in building applications.
Coated architectural sheet metal may be used for standing
seam roof panels vertical wall panels, soffit, fascia, rain  
gutters, downspouts and other associated flashings, trims,
and accessories.
Technical Data:
Substrate: 24 gauge AISI-G90, minimum spangle, skin
passed, tension leveled, CS grade type A
Meets ASTM A653/A653M requirements.
Coating:
BASF Flouroceram premium coating system used on
Weather Guard architectural sheet metal on one side
consists of a primer followed by a top coat of a full-strength
70% Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) coating. A primer and
white backer are applied to the reverse side for additional
protection. This coating meets requirements for American
Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) 605.2 and
